DESCRIPTION
A Colourless to pale straw colour liquid with a sweet fragrant aroma of boiled Pandan leaves when diluted. This flavour is heat stable until 220 celcius. The pale straw colour will become more prominent upon ageing and the flavor profile will generally be more rounded and fuller, developing a more desired and balanced flavor profile when it is freshly made i.e. in its colourless form.
APPLICATION
This Flavour is suitable for many aplications e.g. coconut, red bean, green bean, yam, rice, curries, vanilla, barley etc. It is a true flavor enhancer – improves the flavor in final products.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Beverage : 0,1% e.g. barley water, coconut water, herbal, green bean
Ice cream : 0,1% in ice cream mix with red bean, yam, coconut
Dessert & Cake : 0,1% of cake mix
Cream fillings : 0,1%
Rice : 0,5% spray on rice and mix – fragrant rice
STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
Keep sealed in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. This product is stable for 2 years.
