DESCRIPTION
A dark black colour viscous liquid with a strong distinctive aromatic sweet roasted coffee aroma. At room temperature of 25ºC and above, the product is pourable (easily dispensable by weight and easily miscible with the matrix of the end product by simple mixing). At temperature below 18ºC, it may not be pourable.
Specific gravity at 25ºC: 1.103 - 1.105
APPLICATION
This flavour is suitable for a wide range of products where a rich coffee flavour is desired. The recommended dosage is generally between 0.5% w/w to 1% w/w if a strong flavour is required.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Keep sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight. This product is stable for two years. Shake well before use.
