DESCRIPTION
A light yellow to orange colour liquid with a strong well rounded butter aroma ideal for cakes/
Specific gravity at 25 ˚C: 1,100 – 1,105
APPLICATION
This flavour is heat resistant to 250 ˚C and is designed for flavouring biscuits, cakes and high boiling point confectionery and baking margarine.
The recomneded dosage is as follows :
Biscuits : 0,1% - 0,2% w/w of dough weight
Cakes : 0,1% w/w of batter weight
Margarine : 1% - 2% w/w in margarine base
Toffees : 0,1% w/w

STORAGES AND SHELF LIFE
Keep sealed in original packing in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. This product is stable for two years.
